Welcome to Pretorian Host. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the server hosting services provided by CHEAPERHOST LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

Pretorian Host is a trading name and service operated by CHEAPERHOST LLC. We provide gaming server infrastructure, specifically Call of Duty 2 hosting environments. The client agrees to use the services solely for lawful purposes.

2. Payments and Refunds

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. Billing cycles are monthly unless a longer term is explicitly selected.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. By initiating a subscription, you authorize CHEAPERHOST LLC to bill your PayPal account.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of server allocation, we offer a strict 48-hour money-back guarantee for new server deployments if the server experiences critical hardware failures. Custom setups or prolonged usage past 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Clients must ensure their server environments do not disrupt the Pretorian Host network. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using the game server to launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
Attempting to bypass resource limits (Slots, RAM, CPU) allocated to your specific server package.
Hosting malicious scripts, botnets, or unauthorized background processes unrelated to the game server.

Violation of the AUP will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without a refund.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Data Loss

While CHEAPERHOST LLC implements high-end DDoS protection and redundant hardware to ensure 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for data loss (e.g., game saves, configurations) resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, or client misconfiguration. Clients are encouraged to utilize our FTP access to keep local backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CHEAPERHOST LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
